By using Rocky ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Rocky is a workout-tracking and AI coaching tool for personal use. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare or fitness professional. You are responsible for your own training decisions and for reviewing any plan Rocky proposes before executing it.
Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting any new training program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or any adverse symptom. Rocky's coaching agent generates plans and coaching notes by statistical inference from your training data; its output is heuristic — not medical, physical-therapy, or professional fitness advice. Always apply your own judgement, and never train through pain.
You must provide accurate sign-in information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA / UK) to use Rocky. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, or at rocky.shreyak.dev/delete-account.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, abuse, or otherwise interfere with the service. Do not upload content that infringes anyone's rights or violates law. Do not use Rocky to provide coaching or AI-generated training plans to third parties at scale.
Rocky has two AI features powered by Google Vertex AI (Gemini). Both are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
Under Google Cloud's customer-data terms applicable to Vertex AI, prompts are not retained by Google and are not used to train Google's foundation models. Model output may be incorrect or inconsistent; you are responsible for reviewing it before saving or training. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or fitness-for-purpose of any AI output.
If you grant push permission, Rocky may send you notifications relating to your training (e.g. your daily briefing, post-skip follow-ups). You can disable these at any time in your operating system's notification settings or by signing out / deleting the app.
The Rocky app, name, and branding remain our property. The workout data and profile information you enter remains yours; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to operate the service for you. Coaching notes Rocky writes about you are stored on our servers and visible to you in the app; you may delete any individual note.
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decision you make based on AI-generated output.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
