Delete your Rocky account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your account identity (email, name, user ID)
- Your coaching profile (goal, experience, height, bodyweight, equipment, injuries, etc.)
- All routines you've created
- Every workout session and set you've logged, including RPE / felt feedback and notes
- Personal records and weekly stats
- All readiness check-ins and post-workout debriefs
- All planned sessions Rocky generated for you
- Every coaching note Rocky has written about you
- Agent-run audit rows (timestamps, token counts, latency)
- Push-notification tokens
- Preferences (units, haptics, nudges, AI consent)
Deletion is immediate. We do not retain a backup copy after deletion completes (rolling backups roll off within 30 days).
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
1. Open Rocky and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom tab).
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm twice. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address you used to sign up and we'll delete your account within 7 days.
